Sliding doors can make sense in a lot of places where a standard doors might hit objects or walls or stick out awkwardly.
Like most things these days, there is an intricate and overly complex assembly process for this door but it did get put together correctly in the end.
Here you can see why a sliding door was such a great option for this master bathroom. The door you see in the photo below is open as much as it can. There is a wash tower behind the door.
The old door was left in place until the very end just in case the new sliding barn door had issues. The barn doors are very heavy and require substantial mounting hardware and good alignment. Make sure you have a good plan in place on how you will support and lift these in place once the brackets are installed.
